Gameplay, HUD, and Ambience Enhancements

Here’s a look at the latest updates in our game !
We've added some key new features and improved the overall ambiance to make the experience even more immersive.

What’s New

• Added HUD buttons:
  The HUD has been improved with the addition of buttons for more intuitive navigation. Each button allows quick access to different sections of the game, such as the quest journal, map, interact or fly.

• Quest Journal UI:
  We’ve added a quest journal so players can keep track of their mission progress and never lose sight of their adventure.

• Map UI (still in progress):
  The world map is under development, though it's not fully complete yet. It already offers a useful overview to navigate through the game’s early areas.

• New font for dialogues:
  To improve readability and the aesthetics of dialogues, we've introduced a new text font. This makes interactions with characters visually more pleasant.

• Overhauled flight system:
  The flight system has been improved to offer smoother control and a more realistic experience when soaring through the skies with your dragon.

Ambience and VFX

• Day/Night cycle with ambient sounds:
  We’ve added a day/night cycle, along with ambient sounds specific to each time of day. Enjoy the morning or night atmosphere while exploring the areas.

• New VFX added:

  • Nighttime fireflies: "Fireflies now light up the nighttime areas, adding a magical and immersive touch."

  • Insects on the streetlights: "Insects buzzing around streetlamps enhance the night ambiance."

  • Chimney smoke: "Puffs of smoke now rise from chimneys, contributing to the lively feel of the environments."
